Vineyard Baseball Park

Managed by the Vineyard Baseball INC

The creation of a second full size baseball diamond on Martha’s Vineyard had been conceptualized back in 2001. Thanks to the year-round volunteer efforts by the Vineyard Baseball Park Project Committee, our Field of Dreams is becoming a reality. The continual development of youth baseball on the island is dependent upon the efforts of these volunteers. The VBPP has fundraised and received enough donated labor and materials to oversee construction of a major league size baseball field complete with fencing & irrigation. It is now time for phase two of the project:

2012 Vineyard Baseball, Inc. Banner Campaign

Vineyard Baseball, Inc. would like to invite you to join our Banner Campaign for the 2012 season.  All funds generated by the banners are used for maintaining the field.  With an annual budget approaching $20,000, Vineyard Baseball Inc. would like to ask for your support by displaying a Banner (representing your business) for the 2011 Baseball season. Banners are posted on the outfield fencing throughout the season and are viewed during all field related activities, including the High School, Senior Babe Ruth. and the BRAND NEW MV SHARKS of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League. The annual Banner cost is $800 and checks should be made payable to Vineyard Baseball, Inc. and mailed to the address shown above.   Artwork for your Banner must be in original PDF format.  Vineyard Baseball, Inc. will send you a letter of receipt for tax purposes.  However, if a banner is not an option for you at this time, any support/contribution to Vineyard Baseball, Inc. would be greatly appreciated.  Hope to see you at the games!
Thank you. For more information, call Gary Simmons at 508-989-8154 or email: simmonsmv@comcast.net
